How do you ship my order, how long will it take?

We ship using several national couriers ensuring your goods are delivered directly to your door.  Orders are processed as they are received and all in stock goods are delivered within 48 business hours (to most locations).  Should an item be back ordered, we will expedite the product as soon as it becomes available.

How do I add something to my order?

You can add or change your order at any time before it is shipped.  If you have already received confirmation of shipping, you will need to place a new order.  Please call 1-877-325-9738 at any time for further information.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No, at this time we only ship within Canada.  We are fully owned and operated in Canada.

My order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 48 business hours.

Call or email our office and we can look in to this for you.

I’d like to return an item from my order.

We only accept returns for items that are unopened, in new condition.  Please call or email our office and we can make arrangements for the return.  Please note, the cost of shipping is your responsibility for all authorized returns.

I am not comfortable entering my credit card information, what can I do?

Please give us a call in the office, we can work out a solution for you.

I don’t see the item/size that I would like, what can I do?

Please give us a call, we carry 1000’s of products and some may not appear on our site just yet.  Let us know what you are looking for and we can find it for you.

When will my credit card be charged, how will it appear on my statement?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.  Your statement will show “BAYSIDE MED” and our phone number.

What taxes are charged?

Many items we sell are tax exempt.  Those that are not, will be charged the appropriate taxes based on the province of delivery.  Please contact us for further details.
